Is there any risk to my delicate fabrics ?
The risk is extremely low. Every fabric is assessed before treatment so we can adapt the method and products used. Our equipment allows precise pressure and temperature adjustments, and we always test a discreet area before carrying out the full treatment.
Do your methods work on old stains ?
In the vast majority of cases, yes. Recent stains are usually removed almost completely. Older stains (wine, ink, dried blood, etc.) can often be significantly reduced, depending on the stain type and fabric. We assess each case beforehand and provide an honest expectation of the results.
How long does it take for the fabrics to dry ?
Typically between two and six hours, depending on the fabric thickness and room ventilation. In almost all cases, your sofa can be used again the very same evening, with no equipment left on-site.
